Jewelry purchases may be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase either for other jewelry or for non refundable store credit, this includes jewelry received as a gift.

A fifty percent deposit is required for all special orders or custom work. Custom work and special orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We guarantee the quality and authenticity of all Manika Jewelry including gemstones, precious metals, pearls, and other materials. In the unlikely event of faulty craftsmanship we will repair your jewelry free of charge for one year from the purchase date. This guarantee does not include loss, theft, water damage, or breakage due to dropping or misuse.
